Your digital home account
To be able to rent a property through Jenter Real Estate, a number of allocation criteria apply. After creating an account in Your digital home account, you can upload your data in your account and send it securely.
The added documentation will be checked and verified. Once all documentation has been approved, your file will be discussed with the owner of the relevant property. The owner then decides whether he agrees to your rental proposal.
At the bottom of this page you will find a checklist of the documents that we would like to receive to ensure that your file is complete.
Furthermore, a bid form must be filled in which must also be uploaded in your Your digital home account. In this form you indicate under which conditions you would like to rent the house of your choice. Download the bidding form below.

Do you want to rent a house together with someone?
Then activate 1 account per person. The first person to create an account can invite the other tenant to also create an account so that all accounts are linked together and the 1 joint file becomes!

- Copy of your passport
- Employment contract
- Recent payslips (last 3 months)
- Bank statements with salary credit (last 3 months)
- Photo of bank card front and back
- Proof of current residential address (eg official letter with home address)
- Employer's statement *
- Landlord's declaration of previous landlord *
When self-employed
- Copy of your passport
- Recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce
- Annual figures
- Bank statements with salary credit (last 3 months)

When making use of a financial sponsor and being a student / intern
- Copy of your passport
- Completed guarantor's document *
- Documentation of the guarantor such as for an employed person

- If still living in parental house statement of parent / caretaker as proof of residence
